THIS IS US (ray/walt. au). Walt is a pianist. He has been a pianist for a very long time. He loves playing, he really does. He used to be very prestigious, he used to play for huge audiences and important diplomats. He used to feel like he could rule the universe. However, somewhere along the way he lost his touch. Inspiration left him alone and scared, hurt and confused. That’s when he decided to run away and moved to Prague where he teaches young children to play the piano. He drinks too much coffee, suffers from ocasional insomnia and tries to find what it used to feel like playing his music, his soul.
And then he meets Ray, this extravagant backpacker who rented the flat downstairs and who’s always complaining about something. Ray smokes like a chimney and blasphemes like a sailor in a very bad mood. He’s always knocking on Walt’s door to tell him to keep it down because he’s got a hungover, even if it’s two in the afternoon. The problem is Walt starts to like him. Like, really really like him. And it’s scary, and they both have these huge issues, and if Walt starts playing again, well. It’s pure coincidence.
Right?

Brad has an unusual job. He is an exorcist. He fights demons and keeps balance between Heaven and Hell. Sometimes he’s helped by Ray, a taxi driver who wants to become an exorcist too and who drinks so much caffeine Brad wants to murder him half the time.
The thing is Brad hates this job. He does it because someone has to. But then he meets Nate. Nate’s a police officer who has a secret: he is a psychic. He can see dead people and hybrids’ true faces. For some reason, Hell is going after Nate and Brad feels he has to protect him (among other things, but Brad will never tell you that).
When things couldn’t get worse with Griego’s hybrid gang going after them, Ray picks up Walt, an angel who can vaporize a demon in five seconds flat, but who doesn’t remember who he is or why he’s on Earth.
Brad finds himself babysitting three guys, one of whom he kinds of likes, one who has an infatuation with an angel and said angel who happens to be allergic to peanuts.
These four will fight evil, kick some ass and struggle to know what is going on. Because what they ignore is that Walt’s brother Dave and half of Hell’s demons want to bring Lucifer’s son back to life.
(Some kind of Constantine AU. But gay. And with Ripped Fuel)
